1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies work the same way, for example browser storage (localStorage) or advertising pixels.

2. My approach: a site without tracking cookies

This site is built so that it uses no tracking or advertising cookies and does not ask you for cookie consent. There is no cookie-based Google Analytics, no Meta (Facebook) Pixel and no other advertising scripts.

3. What the site does use

• Cookieless anonymous statistics – Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They store no cookies on your device, create no persistent identifier and do not profile you; they work with aggregated data.
• Functional browser storage – your light/dark mode preference (localStorage). It is necessary for the site to work and does not identify you.
• Temporary processing of your IP address when you submit the contact form. It only protects the form against abuse and is not stored in your browser.

These technologies are strictly necessary or functional and under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive, as implemented in national law) they do not require consent.

4. What happens if I add advertising in the future

If I start using measurement or advertising tools that rely on cookies (for example Google Ads, Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), I will first show you a cookie consent banner (opt-in) and update this policy. Such tools will only run after you consent. Until then, no cookies requiring consent are loaded on this site.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can manage or block the storage of cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary or functional technologies may limit how the site works.
